What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form: your name, your email address and your message.
- Security information. Your IP address and information your browser sends, such as its type and settings. Our hosting provider uses these to protect the site and to check that the contact form is being used by a person, not a bot.
- Visit statistics. Counts of visits and pages viewed, without cookies and without identifying you.
We don’t ask for, and don’t want, sensitive information such as Social Security or bank numbers. Please don’t include it in a message.
Why we collect it
- To read and reply to your message.
- To keep the site secure and the contact form free of spam.
- To understand, in total, how many people visit and which pages they use.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it, checks contact-form submissions with its Turnstile service, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
We don’t sell or share your information, and we don’t give it to anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don’t track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal changes nothing about how this site works. We respect both.
Third-party tracking
No third party collects information on this site about your activity over time or across other websites.
How long we keep it
We don’t store messages on the website. They’re delivered to our inbox and kept only as long as we need them to reply and for ordinary business records.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use our contact form, call us, or write to us. We’ll respond within 45 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.
We don’t sell or share personal information, we don’t build profiles of visitors, and we don’t collect sensitive personal information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. The Sanctuary Workshop is for adults.
