Projects
Our projects range from row houses and senior apartments to shopping centers and neighborhood plans. Most are in Kansas City’s urban core, many along Linwood Boulevard and Prospect Avenue. Several began as initiatives of local churches, and many combine public programs such as HUD Section 202 and low-income housing tax credits with private lending. On each one we did some or all of the same work: assembling land, putting the development team together, coordinating with the neighborhood, and managing design, construction and compliance.
