Jamison Housing on the Boulevard

Jamison Housing on the Boulevard is fourteen row houses, each with three bedrooms and two baths, built with low-income housing tax credits as a faith-based initiative of Jamison Memorial Temple. We wrote the project application, assembled the development team, worked on site development, and monitored the project for HUD Section 39 compliance.
